1. How to Connect Stripe to Proxiya

1. Sign in to Proxiya: Visit proxiya.com/dashboard (or create a free account at proxiya.com/signup).
2. Open Integrations: Click on Integrations in the navigation menu.
3. Select Your Payout Country: In the Payments section, choose your bank payout country (UK, US, Canada, EU, Australia, etc.) and click Connect with Stripe.
4. Complete Stripe Onboarding: You are securely redirected to Stripe Connect. Select an existing Stripe account or enter your bank account and identity details.
5. Immediate Activation: Proxiya marks Stripe as Connected with your Connected Account ID.

2. Paid Bookings, Pricing & 0% Proxiya Fee

• 0% Proxiya Platform Commission: Proxiya takes 0% cut on your client bookings. 100% of the booking price goes directly to your connected Stripe account (minus standard Stripe card processing fees).
• Multi-Duration Pricing on One Event Type: Offer different prices for different session lengths on the same link (e.g. 15 min free, 30 min for $35, 60 min for $65).
• Upfront Payment Lock: Time slots are only confirmed after successful Stripe Checkout completion, completely eliminating no-shows and unpaid consulting calls.

3. Automated Refund Engine & Policies

Configure transparent refund rules so invitees know exactly what to expect:

• Configurable Cancellation Window: Set automated refund cutoffs (e.g. Full refund if cancelled ≥ 24 hours prior to the call).
• Instant Stripe API Dispatch: When an eligible cancellation is triggered, Proxiya issues an automated refund call directly to Stripe, notifying both you and the customer.
• Host Override: Hosts can also manually issue refunds or override policies at any time from their Proxiya Bookings view or Stripe Dashboard.

4. How to Disconnect Stripe

1. Open Integrations in Proxiya.
2. Click Disconnect in the Stripe section.
3. Proxiya unlinks the connected account. Any active paid event types will prompt you to switch to free or reconnect Stripe before accepting new paid bookings.
4. To de-authorize from Stripe's end, go to your Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Authorized Applications and revoke Proxiya.

5. Security, PCI Compliance & Payouts

• PCI DSS Level 1 Certified: All credit card details are collected exclusively through Stripe-hosted elements and sessions. Proxiya servers never see, handle, or store card numbers.
• Secure Webhook Signatures: Every payment event and payout notification is cryptographically validated using Stripe webhook secrets.
• Embedded Payouts Portal: View real-time available balances, upcoming bank transfer dates, and transaction receipts directly inside your Proxiya Integrations dashboard.

6. Troubleshooting & Support
